MINUTES SPECIAL MEETING BOARD OF MAYOR AND BURGESSES DECEMBER 1, 2016 1. Mayor “Pete” Hess called the special meeting to order at 6:01 p.m. with the following in attendance: BURGESSES: PRESS: R. Fitzpatrick R. Zandvliet, NEDC Chairwoman Attorney K. McSherry J. Lombard, Heritage Downtown LLC C. Santos, NEDC Member R. Oris, Heritage Downtown LLC Y. Wilmot, NEDC Member S. Locke, Superintendent of Schools, NEDC Member S. Bronko, NEDC Member R. Rebimbas, State Representative, NEDC Member S. Fusco, NEDC Member C. Cornacchia, NEDC Member T. Barber, NEDC Member K. DelGobbo, NEDC Member D. Rotatori, NEDC Member E. Santoro, NEDC Member 2. Burgess Burns led in the Pledge of Allegiance to the flag. 3. VOTED: Unanimously on a motion by Burgess Vitale and seconded by Burgess Jackson to recess to Executive Session at 6:02 p.m. for discussion on the following: Real Estate Negotiations (Parcel C) and Pending Litigation inviting in Attorney E. Fitzpatrick, Naugatuck Economic Development Corporation CEO R. Pugliese and members of the Naugatuck Economic Development Corporation. Mayor Hess reconvened the meeting at 6:11 p.m. VOTED: Unanimously on a motion by Burgess Vitale and seconded by Burgess Burns to recess to Executive Session at 6:13 p.m. for discussion on the following: Real Estate Negotiations (Parcel C) and Pending Litigation inviting in Attorney K. McSherry, J. Lombard, Heritage Downtown LLC and R. Oris, Heritage Downtown LLC. Mayor Hess reconvened the meeting at 8:45 p.m. 4. There were no motions emanating from Executive Session.  -2- Minutes – Board of Mayor and Burgesses Special Meeting – December 1, 2016 5.
