BOARD OF MAYOR AND BURGESSES
MAY 30, 2017
1. Mayor “Pete” Hess called the special meeting to order at 5:00 p.m. with the following in
attendance:

2. Burgess Burns led in the Pledge of Allegiance to the flag.
3. VOTED: Unanimously on a motion by Deputy Mayor Neth and seconded by
Burgess Scully to recess to Executive Session at 5:02 p.m. for discussion
on the following: Real Estate Negotiations (Parcel C) inviting in
Attorney E. Fitzpatrick.
Mayor Hess reconvened the meeting at 5:25 p.m.
4. The following motion emanated from Executive Session.
Motion by Deputy Mayor Neth and seconded by Burgess Vitale that the Board of Mayor
and Burgesses go on record in support of the most recent plans to construct a 27,740 sq.
ft. building on Parcel C relating to the site plan application filed by the developers of
Parcel C with the Zoning Commission. The borough board would welcome the proposed
addition suggested by the NEDC if the developers choose to include the additional square
footage in their plans. If the developers do not decide to further amend their plans, the
borough board reiterates its support for the project as currently designed.

I just can’t go for the new plans.”

5. VOTED: Unanimously on a motion by Burgess Scully and seconded by Burgess
Jackson to adjourn the special meeting at 5:27 p.m.
