ADJOURNMENT  MEMO Prepared for: Public Works Committee Staff Contact: Erik Evenson Meeting: Public Works East First Street Consultant Interviews - 01 Aug 2024 Subject: East First Street Consultant Interviews BACKGROUND INFORMATION: In early June, a Request for Statement of Qualifications was sent to a predetermined list of engineering firms developed by WisDOT. Following the June 12th due date the proposals were distributed to the Selection Committee. The firms were reviewed and the following three firms, Robert E Lee, Ayres Associates and Snyder & Associates, were selected by the committee to move forward with interviews. They are scheduled to be interviewed by the Selection Committee at 1:00pm, 2:00pm, and 3:00pm, respectively, on August 1st. Selection Committee members will score interview responses and make a final recommendation, following the interviews. The recommended firm will be reviewed and potentially approved by the Public Works committee and then forwarded to WisDOT for their approval. Contract negotiation will be handled by WisDOT.
