Eagle Scout gave an update on the cemetery sign. Explained 6 different sign options in our price
range.

BUILDINGS & GROUNDS‐ CHAIRPERSON DAVID SHEPHERD:
Met last week and discussed systems 3 building. Preliminary layout design in beginning stages‐
would like to get a design out to engineer by beginning of year.
SEWER & PUBLIC WORKS & COMMUNITY EVENTS‐ CHAIRPERSON HEATHER STEIN‐WELLS:
BPA met last week. Next meeting November 10th, 2020.
FINANCE & LONG‐TERM PLANNING‐ CHAIRPERSON ALLEN COLLINS:

MAYOR:
Mayor met with engineer from Thrasher and they are working on preliminary plans for the
Splash pad.
Truck stop‐ Mayor talked to representative from Englefield Oil. Asking 100K/acre for total of 16
acres
Paving starting this week.
October 30th is the closing for System 3 building.
Met with Allen and NERS board on new negotiation contracts. Will start January 2021.
Updates on Simonds Demo‐ bids on Phase 2 are due Friday October 23rd.
