POLICE DEPARTMENT- CHIEF LAWSON: Absent FISCAL OFFICER- LISA SPILLMAN: Nothing to report WATER/WASTE-WATER – JARED MCFARLAND: Dec 23rd,24th, 25th office is closed Bid package is out after 1st of the year for North College Sewer Extension Project Motion to approve job description changes and position changes (see attached descriptions) (Note Larrick’s and J Walters change because of dollar amount increase) made by Michael and seconded by Allen. A total of 227 calls since January 1st of this year. The employee Christmas party hosted by the Fire department and Tri- County had a great turn out. EMERGENCY SERVICES: TRI COUNTY- Monthly report: 153 total runs. Tax levy passed, so finances will be better MAYOR: Attended Team Neo Workshop on international trade. The Economic Development packet is under way, we just need to put in a housing development portion to let industries know about land availability. This packet will be taken to companies. NEW BUSINESS: Motion to approve purchase agreement with AG’s office for fire vehicles/equipment for $5,000 made by Allen and seconded by Jan. David voted not to approve.
