SPECIAL Meeting May 23, 2022 Residency Exception, and Outagamie County-wide All Hazard Mitigation Plan Update Call to Order: by President Terry Scheller at 6:30 p.m., with Trustees Kathy Krull, Tom Daniels, and Brent Gerdts present. Jerry Krull was absent. Also present: Candice Cribbs, Kendra Meyer, Kimberly Diemel, Lyle Diemel, Jean Diemel, Karen Schmidt, and Linda Hoes. 1. President Scheller said he and Kathy Krull spoke with various residents and none had an objection to granting an exception to Village Ordinance 11-2-15 “Sexual Offender Residency Restrictions”. Motion by Tom/Brent to grant Lyle Diemel an exception to the Residency Restrictions ordinance, carried. 2. Clerk received assurance from Outagamie County that there would be no cost to the Village and that by adopting the County plan the Village could apply for mitigation funding in the future. Motion by Kathy/Brent to adopt the “Outagamie County-wide All Hazard Mitigation Plan Update”, carried. Motion by Brent/Kathy to adjourn, carried. Note: At the May 10th Board meeting it was agreed to waive the Special Meeting Board payment as the majority of the board members would already be there for the Nichols’ Rural Fire Committee meeting. ________________________________________ ______ Linda Hoes, Clerk Date : 5/24/22
