VILLAGE OF NICHOLS -- Board Meeting February 11, 2025 Call to Order: by President Terry Scheller at 6:00 p.m., with Trustees Mark Simpson, Jerry Krull, Rebecca Gottsacker, and Kathy Krull present. Also present were Roger Ort, Officer Jake Lillge and RoseMary Stingle. Agenda: Motion by Rebecca/Mark to approve the agenda, carried. Minutes: Motion by Kathy/Terry to approve the January 14, 2025, minutes, carried. Treasurer’s Report/Bank Statements: Motion by Becky/Kathy to approve, carried. Bills to Approve/VISA statement: Motion by Kathy/Jerry to approve the bills paid on Village checks #19526–19553, carried. Outagamie Sheriffs Department: Dog removal to Human Society and discussed people doing donuts in the parking lot of the community center. Water & Sewer Report (Roger):  The trailer on Lot 10 sold & being remodeled permit needed.  Sold old water meters for recycling.  Pump at pumphouse needs to be replaced next year.  Need a scale for pumphouse. Roger looking into. Unfinished Business:  LRIP Project collecting information to get bids published.  Getting exact numbers for the curb to be done by Roger.  Get a date for the notice to be published in the newspaper for bids. New Business:  Ordinance for permits will be next month after changes that were discussed.
