Joseph McCarty, Sunni Baily-Koszarek, absent Ex officio Members present: Thomas Zermeno – Norman PD & Instructor IPIMBA David Riesland – Norman Transportation Engineer James Briggs – Norman Parks • Visitors: none • Approval of December Meeting Minutes- • New Business for December 2019 agenda City of Norman Updates: • Agenda  Approval of December Meeting Minutes -minutes approved 6:18PM  BAC Member Updates. Potential new member recruitment. Caroline Kyle has not heard back from City. One more person is needed. City of Norman Updates: Ruby Grant and Legacy Trail will be developed. • Assignments for Bicycle Friendly Community Application ▪ Discussed some questions. Top 3 reasons bicycling is a priority. James has assigned us to read and comment on sections G1 to G5. David Riesland, Norman Transportation initiatives- 24th ave. 24th east and Robinson wil be closed for construction of new intersection. Filling in gaps for 24th west Legacy Trail section will be coming in June. Thomas Zermeno, Norman PD- Chili upper is Thursday, Jan 16th. Benefits CC Xmas store, 5:30-7:30.  Bikes on City Area Transit buses for December: Software issues so no data.  Upcoming meetings / topics of interest to cycling in Norman Future activities to publish updated City Bike Cycling Map Bicycle Friendly Community process planning and reading Sarah is suggesting Bike Club in Norman.
