OFFICIAL MINUTES – MEETING OF June 2, 2025 Village of North Fond du Lac – BOARD OF TRUSTEES Board Present Staff Present Mike Streetar – President Nick Leonard- Administrator John Duffy- Trustee Mitch Vis- Director of Public Works Chuck Hornung- Trustee Pete Vergos- Police Chief Gary Schaub- Trustee Heather Wegner-Library Director Mike Will-Trustee- Excused Others present: Streetar called the meeting to order at 6:00 PM. Duffy, Hornung, and Schaub present, Will excused. A. ROLL CALL OF OFFICES B. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE C. CITIZENS PARTICIPATION D. ANNOUNCEMENTS E. PRESIDENT’S BUSINESS AND STAFF REPORTS 1. Administrator Leonard and present Department Heads gave a summary of the weekly reports along with present County Board members. F. CONSENT AGENDA 1. Approve the minutes of the following Village Board Meeting: 05/19/2025. 2. Approve invoices and authorize checks to be drawn on the respective funds as indicated. 3. Approve the following operator licenses: Joey Marschall-Charlies-Renewal Mark Fisher- R Store- Renewal N2931 33rd Lane 330 N. Seymour St. Berlin, WI Fond du Lac, WI Motion to approve by Duffy, second by Hornung. 4 Ayes. Motion carries. G. ORDINANCES 1. The Board discussed Ordinance 2025-05, an ordinance annexing territory to the Village of North Fond du Lac (N7405 Pioneer Road). Second Reading Motion to approve by Schaub, second by Duffy. Roll call: Duffy-yes, Hornung- yes, Streetar- yes, Schaub- yes. Motion carries. 2. The Board discussed Ordinance 2025-06, an ordinance adopting municipal code 12.25, “Private Lead Service Line Replacement Financing”. Second Reading. Motion to approve by Hornung, second by Schaub. Duffy commented that he thought the Village could fund more of the expense for the homeowners. Roll call: Duffy-No, Hornung- yes, Streetar- yes, Schaub- yes. Motion carries 3-1 H. ADJOURNMENT A motion was made by Schaub, second by Duffy to adjourn at 6:11 pm.- All ayes.
