Motion carries. G. ADMINISTRATIVE 1. The Board discussed the 2025 Roadway Rehabilitation Project bids. Vis explained that 2 bids were received and Northeast Asphalt had the low bid in the amount of $290,727.99. Motion to award bid to Northeast Asphalt, Inc. in the amount of $290,727.99 by Schaub, second by Hornung. 5 ayes. Motion carries. 2. The Board discussed the possible donation of a Utility Task Vehicle (UTV) by the North Fond du Lac Fire Department Association to the North Fond du lac Fire Department. Chief Flaherty explained that the Association would like to apply for a grant that would fund most of the purchase and the Association would fund the rest. Ultimately the UTV would be donated to the Village Fire Department. Motion by Hornung to approve moving forward with the grant application for the UTV. Second by Duffy. 5 ayes. Motion carries. 3. Motion carries. H. ORDINANCE 1. The Board discusses Ordinance-2025-07, an ordinance amending Village Ordinance 10.06(4)(a)- Illegal use of streets. Vis presented the information added to the Ordinance related to grass and yard waste being blown into the streets. Vis explained that this is something that is addressed in the Stormwater ordinance but isn’t clearly stated. This language would allow staff to more easily deal with this issue when it comes up. Grass clippings and lawn debris that are blown into the street end up going directly into the storm sewer and ultimately into Lake Winnebago. Per DNR guidelines, the Village needs to address this as the debris is very high in phosphorous. Duffy asked why now and if something came up specifically. Leonard explained that nothing specific has come up and this is just something that needs to be cleaned up. Leonard also said the Village would first start with concentrating efforts on educating before issuing any citations. First reading only. I. UNFINISHED BUSINESS J. NEW BUSINESS K.
