Village of North Fond du Lac – BOARD OF TRUSTEES

Others present:
Streetar called the meeting to order at 6:00 PM. Duffy, Hornung, Schaub, and Will present.

D. ANNOUNCEMENTS
1. President Streetar announced that the groundbreaking ceremony for the Veteran’s Memorial by the
FDL County building would be August 14 at 8:00am.
E. PRESIDENT’S BUSINESS AND STAFF REPORTS
1. Administrator Leonard and present Department Heads gave a summary of the weekly reports along
with present County Board members.
F. CONSENT AGENDA
1. Approve the minutes of the following Village Board Meeting: 07/21/2025.
2. Approve invoices and authorize checks to be drawn on the respective funds as indicated.
3. Approve the following operator licenses:
Brandon Fowler-R-Store- Permanent
104 Amory St
Fond du Lac, WI
Motion to approve by Will, second by Schaub. 5 Ayes. Motion carries.
G. RESOLUTIONS
1. The Board discussed Resolution-09-2025, a resolution authorizing the issuance and sale of up to
$95,234 taxable general obligation water system promissory notes, series 2025A and providing for
other details and covenants with respect thereto.
Motion to approve Resolution-09-2025 by Hornung, second by Duffy. 5 Ayes. Motion
carries.
H. ORDINANCES
1. The Board discussed Ordinance-2025-08, an ordinance amending Village Ordinance 14.05(11)(d)3
regarding the keeping of chickens. Second Reading
Motion to approve Ordinance-2025-08 by Duffy, second by Schaub. Roll call: Duffy-yes,
Hornung- yes, Streetar- yes, Schaub- yes, Will- yes. Motion carries.
I. UNFINISHED BUSINESS
1. Streetar thanked all of the Village staff that helped and assisted with North Fondy Fest and helped
make it a success.
J. ADJOURNMENT
A motion was made by Hornung, second by Schaub to adjourn at 6:22 pm.- All ayes.
