North Kansas City Public Library Board of Trustees Board Meeting Minutes: August 18, 2025 The North Kansas City Library Board of Trustees met on August 18, 2025 at 6 p.m. in the North Kansas City Public Library Meeting Room and via Zoom. Nick Dean, Jane Quick, Bart German, Jessica Lyonford, Alicia Stewart, Kaleigh Rangel, Christina Golding, Courtney Hardesty and Lori Mangan, Director. Jennifer Shea attended as staff. The meeting was called to order at 6:01 pm. A motion was made to approve the Consent Agenda and passed unanimously. (Quick/German) Lori Mangan gave the following updates on old/new business: Building Project Update Bookwalk Update Board Appreciation Banquet Summer Reading Program General updates A motion was made to adjourn the meeting.
