North Kansas City Public Library Board of Trustees Board Meeting Minutes: September 15, 2025 The North Kansas City Library Board of Trustees met on September 15, 2025 at 6 p.m. in the North Kansas City Public Library Meeting Room and via Zoom. Jane Quick, Bart German, Jessica Lyonford, Reilly Atkins, Alicia Stewart, Kaleigh Rangel, Christina Golding, and Lori Mangan, Director. Jennifer Shea attended as staff. Lyndsey Magrone attended as City Council Representative The meeting was called to order at 6:00 pm. A motion was made to approve the Consent Agenda and passed unanimously. (Lyonford/Atkins) Lori Mangan gave the following updates on old/new business: Building Project Update MALA Courier Label Tracking Project Summer Reading Program IMLS Funding and Reauthorization General updates Motion was made to go into an executive session at 6:10 pm. (German/Lyonford) Motion was made to leave executive session at 6:29 pm. (Lyonford/Atkins) The Board voted unanimously to adjourn the meeting at 6:29 pm.
