3. Adopt the Resolution consenting to the sale and consumption of alcoholic liquor on property owned by the City
of North Platte during the Creativity Unlimited Arts Council dba Prairie Arts Center Fundraiser on September

4. Approve the application by Creativity Unlimited Arts Council dba Prairie Arts Center for a Special Designated
License on September 19, 2024 from 6:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. in the City owned parking lot west of the Prairie

5. First reading and action on Ordinance No. 4182 to authorize the conveyance of a tract of land 32 feet in
width and 139.0 feet in length lying north of and adjacent to Lot 1, Block 1 of McGrane’s Valley View
2nd Addition to the City of North Platte, Lincoln County, Nebraska, by the City of North Platte to

6. Approve the selection of Van Kirk Bros. for Liftstation and Forcemain for the Industrial Wastewater Treatment
Plant in the amount of $3,399,366.75 and authorize the Mayor to negotiate and execute the contracts.

10. Adopt the recommendation by the City Planning Commission for preliminary and final approval of Fatdogs
