meeting as presented. This motion passed unanimously.
Treasurer’s Report
Revenue for July 2010 $124,899.51
Revenue YTD $813,975.00
Wildcat outing in July not yet added in totals. We appear to be on target to meet revenue
expectations. As a result of the specials we are running some of the other revenue categories are
lower than the previous years, for example; there have been many specials sold all day Monday
through Thursday, and in turn fewer resident and nonresident weekday green fees. Golf car
revenues line item shows lower totals, due to the fact that golf cars are included in the special
green fee categories.
A motion was made to accept the report as presented by Mr. Mereen, seconded by Mr. Driscoll
and approved unanimously.
Correspondence
Letter from Judy Miles to host a Thames Valley Women’s Golf Association tournament here in
June of 2011.
Motion by Mr. Driscoll, seconded by Mr. Mereen to approve request with date to be set by our
professional and other details to be worked out next year. This motion passed as presented,
unanimously.
Request from Bob McPhail of NFA reminding us we agreed to allow NFA golf team use of the
course next year.
Motion by Mr. Whitty, seconded by Mr. Podurgiel to approve request as presented passed
unanimously.
