Greeneville NRZ August 7, 2024 Greeneville Fire House, 444 North Main St., Norwich, Ct. Call to Order: 6:07 p.m. Quorum: There is a quorum. Attendees: Committee Members-Peter Procko, Nancy Procko, Kathleen Strenkowski, Thomas Yorz, Henry Fidrych. Members of the community-Judith Post, Sylvia Laudettte, John Williams. Approval of Minutes: Motion made by Nancy Procko and second by Thomas Yorz to accept the July 3, 2024 minutes. Motion voted on and passed. Old Business: Blight: Sneakers on the electrical wires have been removed. Areas of blight- Give addresses to Nancy. World Clean Up Day: September 20, 2024 New Business: Greeneville Playground: Requests by residents to bring back the swings. Norwich Public Works to be contacted about this. Fire Hydrant Painting and Flower Planter expense reimbursement: Income Received: $1575.35 and $1826.54 Checks to be paid out: Stephanie Gwozdz-$495.14 McKenna's Florist-$706.50 Nancy Procko-$1783.11 Tamir Capehart-$35.00 Jinyuan Liu-$35.00 Motion made by Kathleen Strenkowski and second by John Williams to approve the disbursement of checks. Motion voted on and passed. Thank you card: Card to Sankofa Education and Leadership Inc.. for their generous donation. Strategic Plan: Please review pages 3, 4, and 5 for the next meeting.
