1 CITY OF NORWICH NORWICH PUBLIC PARKING COMMISSION The following are the minutes of the regular meeting of the Public Parking Commission held at 5: 00 p.m., March 20, 2018 at the Intermodal Transportation Center. PRESENT: Ms. Joanne Philbrick, Mr. Jeffrey Lord, Mr. William Nash and Mr. Sean Ryan. ABSENT: Mr. John Salomone and Mr. Samuel Browning Mr. Lord called the meeting to order at 5:10 pm, noting a quorum was present. PUBLIC COMMENT: NONE MINUTES: A motion was made by Mr. Nash, second by Ms. Philbrick, to accept the minutes of the January 23, 2018 meeting as submitted. Attending members voted unanimously to accept the minutes. FINANCIAL REPORTS & BILLS TO BE PAID: A motion was made by Ms. Philbrick and second by Mr. Nash to accept the financial reports and accounts payable reports for January and February 2018. The motion was voted on and passed unanimously. ANYTHING ELSE BROUGHT BEFORE THE COMMISSION: NONE ADJOURNMENT: Having no further business to discuss, a motion was made by Mr .
