City of Norwich Recreation Advisory Board Meeting Minutes July 22, 2009 Members Present: Mark Bettencourt, Acting Chairman William Nash Raymond Stewart Members Excused: John Iovino Robert Spayne Also Present: Luis DePina, Recreation Director Mark Bettencourt called the meeting to order at 6:10 p.m. A motion was made by Ray Stewart to approve the minutes of the March 26, 2009 meeting. The motion received a second from Bill Nash. Motion passed with all in favor. Motion made by Bill Nash with a second from Ray Stewart to table agenda items until the next meeting. Motion passes unanimously. Motion made by Mark Bettencourt with a second from Bill Nash to enter into executive session for the purpose of discussing property acquisition and to invite Luis DePina to participate. Motion passes unanimously. The executive session ended at 6:45 p.m.. No votes were taken. Meeting adjourned at 6:47 p.m. Respectfully Submitted, Luis DePina
