Regular Meeting June 17, 2020 Architectural Review Board Village Hall Present: Maren Robertson Chairperson Laura Rothschild Member Scott O’Neill Member Laurie Steinhorst Member Donald Yacopino Chief Building Inspector Absent: Toma Holley Member Call to order: 7:00 pm Application 1: 83 South Franklin Street. Application to install an unlighted monument sign in west front yard. Building Inspector Review: Proposal complies with zoning requirements. Board Review Based Upon: 1. The application. 2. Building inspector review 3. Applicant’s representative Keith Piscitelli of Hudson Valley Signs 4. ARB members’ knowledge of the site 5. Site visits by members 6. No testimony from the public; no public present Board Findings: 1. The applicant’s representative asserts that though the sign will be mounted on a lightbox it will not be illuminated, internally or externally Conclusions: 1. Having no comment by the public, the public hearing is closed on a motion by member Robertson, seconded by member O’Neill, approved by a vote of 4-0. 2. Motion by member Robertson to approve the application as presented. Seconded by member Steinhorst. Approved by a vote of 4-0.
