was in this place previously.

Reappearance before the board from previous meeting. Application is to enclose west side of front
porch. Modified application includes repairing / replacing molding above windows similar to soffit
molding and applied pilasters to match columns and caps. Applied molding to panels below windows to
match existing barge boards on roof. Board also suggested adding prairie style dividers to front
windows to match other windows on front of house.

Board discussion:
Application to add a new 150sq ft conditioned ‘bridge’ corridor to connect existing upper unit with
existing finished space over garage. Proposed corridor addition is to connect separated spaces, making
1 living space. Triangular brackets under bridge are structural along with connected columns going into
new footing / foundation. Bridge is to look level from outside, even though the inside floor will have a
slight rise to the rear building. Windows and siding of bridge to match existing rear building.
