Mr. Drake asked if the curb cut was for the driveway. Ms. Miller responded the curb cut
was to get to their property.
Jill Cronkrite, 717 SE 6th Street, Ocala, FL, said the property had two addresses with
separate utilities and the guest cottage is inaccessible from the road. A 10-feet wide curb
cut was only requested and could be a drive way in the future.

house. Ms. Cosand agreed.

makes no difference.

cottage is a free standing building that has been there for a long time.
