Page 2 of 4  RADIO BOARD MEETING MINUTES September 27, 2022 ______________________________________________________________ Call to Order: Chairman Bunch relinquished the chair to Darrell Prowse so, he could keep minutes. Darrell opened the meeting at 10:30 Roll Call: Darrell Prowse, Dave Bunch PRESENT Roseanne Santoro via Audio Marty Hadfield, Thomas Gardner. ABSENT Meeting Agenda Approval: All in favor. PASSED August 23 Meeting Minutes: Dave Bunch made motion to approve the August 23, 2022 Meeting Minutes. Darrell Second. All in favor. PASSED Public Comment: None. Chair Report: None. Station Report: Butch Larson reported the station received Comtrex equipment. He has ordered Foam soundproofing. Passed out the new October Schedule reducing robot broadcast time. Left one hour between shows in case COVID returns. Has a hold on new DJ’s. Frank suggested the station reach out to the School Superintendent to report school happenings. Sara suggested getting on press release list, then when press released are faxed out KOSW will be notified. Technology Report: No Report City Council Report: Frank Elduen said that he did not have a report from the City Council but liked what he is hearing about cross-training. Board Member Reports: Darrell Prowse reiterates Frank’s position on training. Dave Reported progress of cross training in case of Treys absence. Dave spoke with Board Member Gardner who is still interested In helping with a News Department. Financial Report: Reviewed fund availability report, no action taken. 1. No Second Adjournment Motion made for adjournment by Roseanne – Darrell Prowse seconded the motion.
