(unanimous) Motion to approve Meeting Minutes Amend 2-28 Minutes to record Darrell opposed to Board having any information regarding the NBIM last month. made, second, passed. (unanimous) Public communications; Jane Shattuck Spoke asking KOSW to bring back the Point Counter Point program and have opportunities for the Public to get involved. Station Report Presented by Butch Larsen, All High-power equipment has been ordered. KOSW brought in $1,800 last month between the Clam Fest and underwriters. He will present at a symposium at Washington State for sports communications. He graduated WSU when they were still using Black and White film. Rosanna Santoro No Report Thomas Gardner No Report. Dave Bunch Reported on participation at Razor Clam Festival. Old Business Move Marty report on Meeting with Public Works to Next Month. Sara Reported that the city will not need an agreement with the NBIM 501 C3 New Business Appointment of Station Manager and an Operations Manager. Darrell Moves to reappoint as a group and nominates both Trey and Butch, Roseanna seconds. Discussion Vote 2 yes, 2 No, Tabled until the next meeting. Dave Nominates Trey as Operations Manager. Motion dies no second Discussion Sara is working on switching the internet service from Host Papa to Go Daddy. Bundling service with city accounts such as Convention Center and Library should save money. Thomas Makes Motion to appoint Dave as the KOSW liaison rotating every six months to all four board members, Dave seconds. Darrel makes amendment to rotate monthly, Roseanna seconds. Discussion, Butch explains that they don’t have regularly scheduled meetings. Vote on Amendment Yes 1 No 3 Roseanna makes amendment to rotate a board member every three-months starting with Dave. Thomas seconds Yes 3 No 1 Amendment passed, original motion dies.
