Pabst Farms Joint Stormwater District Meeting Minutes
October 5, 2016
President Elling called the meeting to order at 4:32 pm.
Members present: President Elling, Vice President Frye, Commissioner Niemann and Commissioner Nold
Members absent: Commissioner Riley
Others present: Kristine Golz and Tina Wallace (City of Oconomowoc)
Public Hearing – The purpose of this public hearing is to hear comments on the proposed 2016 Budget for the
Pabst Farms Joint Stormwater Utility District: The hearing opened at 4:11 pm. No comments were received. The
hearing closed at 4:13 pm.
2. Approve Minutes of September 13, 2016 Meeting: Motion by Nold to approve the minutes from the 9/13/16 meeting;
second by Niemann. Motion carried 4-0.
3. Comments from Audience: None.
4. Reports of Staff: None.
5. Discussion and action on 2017 District Budget: Elling reported the 2017 budget was discussed at the last meeting.
Motion by Nold to approve the proposed 2017 Pabst Farms Joint Stormwater District budget at $18,500; second by Frye.
Motion carried 4-0.
6. Comments from Commissioners: Elling reported Lake Country Village will present a formal stormwater plan in
December. Niemann reported Summit Credit Union would be submitting stormwater plans for the next meeting. He also
reported that a CSM will need to be prepared for the SE Arterial.
7. Set Meeting Dates: The next meeting of the Pabst Farms Joint Stormwater District will be on Wednesday, December 7,
2016 at 4:30 pm at the Summit Village Hall.
Motion by Nold to adjourn at 4:37 pm; second by Frye. Motion carried 4-0.
