PUBLIC NOTICE ODESSA CITY COUNCIL ATTENDANCE AT THE ODESSA DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION MEETING City Council Chambers 411 W. 8th Street Odessa, Texas 79761 Thursday, November 18, 2021 2:00 p.m. Although this attendance may not require this type notice under the Open Meetings Act, Chapter 551 of the Government Code of Texas, in order to keep the public aware of steps being taken on this matter, notice is hereby given to all interested persons that the Odessa City Council may attend the Odessa Development Corporation Meeting (ODC) as set out above. The purpose of the attendance is to listen to or discuss an item being presented relating to items on the ODC agenda. Although there may be discussions, there will be no votes nor will any official action to be taken by the City Council, nor are these discussions planned as board meetings at which any final action would be taken. This notice is being posted on the south door of City Hall and on the bulletin board of the first floor of City Hall, Odessa, Texas, and on the City of Odessa’s website www.odessa-tx.gov, this the _____ day of _______________, 2021, at _________ _____.m., said time being more than seventy-two hours (72) prior to the time at which the subject meeting will be convened and called to order. The meeting is available to all persons regardless of disability.
