Beach Nourishment Committee Agenda May 20, 2025 Meeting location – Town Hall Conference Room Approve the minutes of the February meeting. Shore Project Review Save the Dunes work stop order All work was completed on the four easternmost properties, including grass planting. Most work was completed on the fifth property. Some rocks were delivered for the shore in front of 100 Shore Drive but are currently in front of access 18. When the project restarts, those get moved to the shore in front of 100 Shore Drive. Next steps The design plans and license agreement are in place. Only dates will need to be changed. Thanks to Scott, Access 18 was left as is and construction can be restarted quickly EZ Beach Steps – Sandy • The steps at access 7 will be shorter than the original steps since we have so much sand. We have enough money in Restore the Shore to cover those. • I have been asked by a homeowner to get a price to put steps at access 8. • We have a platform to use at 11. We rec’d. a donation from the OD Community fund so we can use that to pay for the steps there. Litigation – Scott Next meeting: 6:30, June 17 in the conference room of the Town Hall.
