All approve. Business: Shore Drive speed bumps: Two were installed on west end of Shore Drive in 2025 during the beach season. The Committee recommends that the town reinstall them at the same locations for Summer 2026. Traffic concerns in two areas in town: Further discussion about striping by the mailboxes, which has not yet been done. The other striping project discussed in July has been completed. Junk Motor Vehicle Code 90.01 recommended changes: Eric and Rich will review for proposed changes and submit to the committee at the March meeting. Review of Council recommendations: Jim will look for the ordinance regarding committees/term limits to submit possible changes. The Council did formally eliminate three active committees. Resident Code reminder document: Jim discussed the fact that the town through Megan does a good job notifying new residents about important town rules to remember. The question is how to remind current residents of this information. The plan is to mail some of this information to residents soon. We may also send a blast through email and on Facebook. Committee focus for 2026: Ordinances were last codified in 2015, so there will be a push to finally get this done again. The committee plans to meet every other month. There is no need for another full review of ordinances, but the Committee will look at codes that are not being enforced, particularly those regarding home and property maintenance. We may wish to discuss enforcement with town officials/Building Commissioner. Electronic Speed sign: The town now has two signs, one located at Hillcrest and a second one now by the tennis courts on Diana. There are no plans for additional signs.
