Call to Order at 702p 2. Minutes - Approval of the November 13, 2024, Regular Meeting – approved by unanimous consent by those at the meeting. 3. Selection of Officers for 2025 and meeting time changes (if needed) – still 2nd Wed at 7p at the town hall. Ken Thompson, Chair; Arman Sarkisian, Secretary; Scott. Stolarz, Vice Chair. 4. Correspondence 5. Building Commissioner’s Report - J. Ogden a. Under Construction – 5 Chestnut received permit to habitation; b. Permits Issued - 4 permits issued so far this year. Last year for the year: 164 permits worth over $1 million c. Nuisance Properties – mostly issues addressed. d. Miscellaneous - interest issues – Jeremy meeting with the town attorney regarding changes in 3 proposed ordinances that were rejected by town council to work on revisions and separation into separate proposals. The three proposed ordinances relate to: sheds, fencing, & building height. 6. Ordinance Planning - see 5d above 7. Building Code Review Committee Report - none 8. BZA Report - - A. Sarkisian - will be sent as a separate report. 9. Old Business • Status of fire dept external review – results will be issued soon. There was a delay as needed paperwork was not provided by the Fire Depart required for the review. • Revisions of 2 or 3 Ordinances not passed by Town Council – see 5d above • Center Striping on roads – done for the year. 10.
