Meeting Minute Taker Rotation (Leslie) 2. Approve the minutes of the December 2024 Water Board Meeting (All) – Approved by all board members. 3. Possible Water Board Meeting Structure Changes for 2025 (All) – JS reviewed Water Board website, reviewed WB mission statement. All board members agreed the statement mission is current. 4. M.E. Simpson Follow-up: Gate Valve, & Meter Vault GPS & Hydrant Water Flow (All) TC spoke with Randy Lusk. RL was asked to provide the following: updated quote, substitute hydrant flow test for hydrant locations. Discussed importance of having hydrants themselves identified on GPS maps. TC confirmed ME Simpson will exercise valves not hydrants. WB discussed possible May start date for ME Simpson. Action Item: to gather quotes for February meeting and confirm valid insurance requirements. 5. December Water Department Fund Report (Julia) Six-month CD due March 2025. Likely to roll another six months. 6. 4th Quarter Water/Sanitation Billing Update / Due Date (Julia) Billing went smoothly last month, Julia fielded only a few calls regarding billing. 7. Water Department Cross Training: MIU’S, Encoders, Meters (Jim) Board discussed two service calls at 58 Diana. WB discussed paying $390.00 line item and 58 Diana contractor to pay $520.00 line item.  Action Item: Send Julia the invoice for 58 Diana. 8. Water Department Outside Contact Listing (Matt) Matt to provide contact list and cross train current team on POCs, responsibilities, etc. 9. Pelican Warning System Update (Matt) Discussed installing sensor/relay on alternator for alerts as there is another port to connect to. 10.USIC/Indiana 811 Billing Issue Update (Julia) Continuing to forward on to POC Matt. Current billing has been correct. 11.ODWW Master Plan (Tom) Master plan reviewed. 12.Updated Backflow Checklist via Zenner Software (Jim & Leslie early 2025) LT and JS to schedule time in near future. 13.New Building Sign Update (Tom) Doug indicated will have it ready by Memorial Day 2025. 14.January 2025 TC Meeting Water Board Presentation Posting (All) Posted on OD page. 15.Customer Portal & Zenner Payment Update (Jim) Dennis Tucker setup with software. Have yet to receive Zenner payment bill. 16.Resident’s Remarks (if Present) NA 17.Parting Remarks (Matt) All around support and appreciation from the WB and town for Matt Moore’s leadership and his dedication to the town.
