Zoom Meeting Welcome and Call to Order – Camille Washington, Chair • Approval of January Minutes • Motion to approve – Jan Hamer • 2nd motion – Shane Osguthorpe • Mayoral Presentation on the Arts in Ogden – Mayor Ben Nadolski • Expressed interest to nurture Ogden’s creative culture and economy. a. Supports the mission and direction of the arts in Ogden. • Recognized the Committee’s input, efforts, and impact throughout the city. • Shared personal creative endeavors, wildlife conversation passion, and early involvement in Ogden. • Discussed interest in replacing waterline infrastructure to support Ogden and the Great Salt Lake ecosystem. • Affirmed that internal transmittal processes will be retained. • Introduction of Committee members. • Arts and Culture Master Plan Review Introduction – Jake McIntire • Discussed strategy to track Arts and Culture Master Plan progress. a. Full Committee to evaluate one to two strategies per month. b. Staff to review select strategy categories. • FY 2025 Arts Grants Update – Lorie Buckley  • 31 arts grants applications received. a. $248,500 in funds requested. b. $150,000 available to be awarded. • Subcommittee is actively reviewing applications. a. February 15 – Initial application scoring due. b.
