Chair Grisham called the meeting to order at 6:01 p.m.

20-0540 Park Plan Process Overview
Parks Planning & Design Manager Laura Keehan provided an overview of the 2022
Parks, Arts & Recreation Plan development process. Ms. Johnson noted she would
share the 2016 OPARD Plan with Commissioners to provide a baseline for future
planning.

20-0525 Poet Laureate Recruitment
Commissioners reviewed proposed updates to the 2021-22 Poet Laureate Call for
Poets and Vice-Chair Dobler and Commissioner Burlingame volunteered to be on the
jury.
The discussion was completed.
7. REPORTS
20-0522 Policy and Program Recommendations to City Council
Commissioners Murray and Dorgan reported they are moving forward on developing an
Artist in Residence policy.
The report was received.
20-0523 Arts Program Support
Chair Grisham noted Council approved the recommendation of Andrea Wilbur-Sigo for
the Eastside St. Art Crossing project.
The report was received.

The report was received.
