ROLL CALL Councilmember Roe arrived at 5:31 p.m. Mayor Pro Tem Jones arrived at 6:10 p.m. Present: 7 - Mayor Cheryl Selby, Mayor Pro Tem Nathaniel Jones, Councilmember Jessica Bateman, Councilmember Jim Cooper, Councilmember Clark Gilman, Councilmember Julie Hankins and Councilmember Jeannine Roe 2. EXECUTIVE SESSION 2.A 16-1133 Executive Session Pursuant to RCW 42.30.110(1)(b); RCW 42.30.110 (1)(c) - Real Estate Matter Mayor Selby called the special meeting of the City Council to order at 5:30 p.m. She recessed the meeting to Executive Session at 5:31 p.m. pursuant to RCW 42.30.110(1)(b) and RCW 42.30.110(1)(c) to discuss a real estate matter. She announced the Council would meet for no more than 1 hour and 15 minutes and no decisions will be made. The City Attorney was present at the Executive Session. Mayor Selby noted the Council would return at 7:00 p.m. for the regularly scheduled business meeting. No decisions were made. 2.
