ROLL CALL Mayor Selby and Councilmember Jim Cooper participated in the meeting via conference call. Present: 7 - Mayor Cheryl Selby, Mayor Pro Tem Nathaniel Jones, Councilmember Jessica Bateman, Councilmember Jim Cooper, Councilmember Clark Gilman, Councilmember Julie Hankins and Councilmember Jeannine Roe 2. EXECUTIVE SESSION 2.A 17-0646 Executive Session Pursuant to RCW 42.30.110(1)(i); Litigation and Potential Litigation Mayor Pro Tem Jones called the special meeting of the City Council to order at 5:30 p.m. He recessed the meeting to Executive Session at 5:30 p.m. pursuant to RCW 42.30.110 (1)(i) to discuss a matter related to litigation and potential litigation. He announced the Council would meet for no more than 30 minutes and no decisions will be made. The City Attorney was present at the Executive Session. He noted the Council would return at 7:00 p.m. for the regularly scheduled business meeting. Mayor Pro Tem Jones returned to the meeting at 6:00 p.m. to announce the Council will remain in Executive Session for up to 15 more minutes. No decisions were made. 3.
