CALL TO ORDER The meeting was called to order at 8:32 a.m. 1.A ROLL CALL Because Chair Villegas Bremer was present by phone, Commissioner Callner was the Chair Designate. Present: 3 - Chair Linda Villegas Bremer, Commissioner Reiko Callner, and Commissioner Oscar Soule STAFF PRESENT Amy Cleveland, Chief Examiner/Secretary Tami Micheau, Records Analyst Rich Allen, Police Department 2. APPROVAL OF MINUTES 2.A 14-0001 Approval of November 15, 2013 revised Civil Service Commission Meeting Minutes Commissioner Soule moved, seconded by Chair Villegas Bremer, to approve the minutes. The motion carried by the following vote: Aye: 3 - Chair Villegas Bremer, Commissioner Callner and Commissioner Soule 2.B 14-0007 Approval of December 17, 2013 Civil Service Commission Meeting Minutes Chair Villegas Bremer moved, seconded by Commissioner Soule, to approve the minutes. The motion carried by the following vote: Aye: 3 - Chair Villegas Bremer, Commissioner Callner and Commissioner Soule 3. BUSINESS ITEMS 3.A 14-0056 Approval of Entry Level Police Officer Register City of Olympia Page 1 Civil Service Commission Meeting Minutes January 21, 2014 Ms. Cleveland reported that we started with 38 candidates and ended up with 10 candidates on this Entry Level Police Officer Register. Chair Villegas Bremer moved, seconded by Commissioner Soule, to approve the register.
