Chair Heinricher called the meeting to order at 6:30 p.m.

4.A 20-0091 Design Review Board Work Session - 2020 Annual Work Plan
Boardmembers discussed developing a 2020 annual work plan. A list of items for the
work plan included the following: annual retreat, awards of merit, training for the
Downtown Design Guidelines, development of a presubmittal brochure, featurettes,
compilation and maintenance of a list of problematic language, and study sessions.
The discussion was completed.

to City business, including items on the Agenda. In order for the Board to maintain impartiality and the
appearance of fairness in upcoming matters and to comply with Public Disclosure Law for political
campaigns, speakers will not be permitted to make public comments before the Board.
