APPROVAL OF AGENDA The agenda was approved. 3. APPROVAL OF MINUTES 3.A 22-0974 Approval of July 18, 2022 Heritage Review Committee Meeting Minutes The minutes were approved. 4. PUBLIC COMMENT - None 5. BUSINESS ITEMS 5.A 22-0973 Special Tax Valuation: 101 Olympic Way NW The Commissioners present find that the rehabilitation project and alterations made to the structure meet the Secretary of Interior Standards for Rehabilitation. Chair Davies moved, seconded by Vice Chair Miller, to recommend the subject property to the full Heritage Commission for approval of Special Tax Valuation, pending validation of expenses by the Historic Preservation City of Olympia Page 1 Heritage Commission Meeting Minutes October 24, 2022 Officer. 6.
