2053 East Bay Drive NE

Chair Davies moved, seconded by Commissioner House, to approve the
design of a second story addition to the Chandler House at 2053 East Bay
Drive, which includes the use of wood windows, doors with wood and glass
designs that are similar to the existing front door, and a copper roof that
matches the existing roof. The motion passed unanimously.
