APPROVAL OF MINUTES 2.A 14-0671 Approval of June 9, 2014 LEOFF I Disability Board Meeting Minutes Vice Chair Roe moved, seconded by Boardmember O'Neill, to approve the minutes. BUSINESS ITEMS 3.A 14-0675 Case #05-14 Request for Lift Chair The decision to approve the request for the lift chair in the amount of $1,799.55 was approved. REPORTS 4.A 14-0672 LEOFF 1 May 2014 Expense Report The May 2014 expense report was distributed and reviewed by the board members. This was an informational item, and no action was required.
