APPROVAL OF AGENDA Pesident Cooper noted minor revisions to Items 4B and 4C and the addition of Item 4E. The agenda was approved as amended. 3. PUBLIC COMMENT - None 4. BOARD BUSINESS 4.A 18-1076 Approval of November 5, 2018 Metropolitan Park District Board Meeting Minutes The minutes were approved. 4.B 18-1043 Approval of Resolution Adopting the 2019 Olympia Metropolitan Park District (OMPD) Budget Vice President Parshley moved, seconded by Boardmember Gilman, to approve the 2019 OMPD budget and authorize the Board President to sign the resolution. The motion carried by the following vote: Aye: 6 - President Cooper, Vice President Parshley, Boardmember Gilman, Boardmember Jones, Boardmember Rollins and Boardmember Selby Excused: 1 - Boardmember Bateman 4.C 18-1065 Approval of Resolution Setting the 2019 Olympia Metropolitan Park District (OMPD) Ad Valorem Tax Boardmember Selby moved, seconded by Vice President Parshley, to approve the OMPD ad valorem tax and authorize Boardmembers to sign the resolution. The motion carried by the following vote: Aye: 6 - President Cooper, Vice President Parshley, Boardmember Gilman, Boardmember Jones, Boardmember Rollins and Boardmember Selby Excused: 1 - Boardmember Bateman 4.E 18-1045 Approval of Resolution Amending the Interlocal Agreement between the City of Olympia and the Olympia Metropolitan Park District (OMPD) Vice President Parshley moved, seconded by Boardmember Gilman, to approve a resolution that authorizes amendment of language in Section 4.1.3 to read, "...provide an annual report to the City Council and OMPD Board regarding the City's compliance with the funding levels in (i.) and through (iv.) in Section 4.1.1."
