1. CALL TO ORDER
The meeting was called to order at 6:02 p.m.

The agenda was unanimously approved.

Parks Planning & Design Manager Laura Keehan shared photos from the recent
Lions Park spray ground ribbon cutting.

6.A 23-0698 Capital Facilities Plan (CFP) & Capital Asset Management Program
(CAMP) Briefing
Finance & Policy Coordinator Tammy LeDoux and Senior Engineer Jake Lund
presented the 2024 Capital Facilities Plan draft.

6.B 23-0681 Parks Facility Access Discussion
Director of Recreation and Facilities Scott River briefed the Committee on community
requests for park access to events and asked for feedback from the Committee.
The discussion was completed.

4. PUBLIC COMMENT
During this portion of the meeting, community members may address the Advisory Committee or

Committee or Commission to maintain impartiality and the appearance of fairness in upcoming matters
and to comply with Public Disclosure Law for political campaigns, speakers will not be permitted to make
