Public Hearing regarding a “Special Exception Use Permit” for a Legal Cannabis Dispensary at 3715 Southwestern Blvd. IV PUBLIC COMMENT ON NEW BUSINESS *4 minute time limit per resident* V NEW BUSINESS 1. Town Board to appoint a Planning Clerk. 2. Town Board to approve the Frozen Chosen 5K for January 24, 2025. 3. Town Board to approve the 2025 Stable permit for Happy Horse Equestrian Center of Orchard Park. 4. Town Board to award the contract for the Switch Gear Relay Replacement for the backup generators for the Orchard Park Community Activity Center. 5. Town Board to authorize the purchase of a new 2026 AWD Ford Transit Van from Delacy Ford under State/County Bid for $60,350.00 for the Senior Center pending DASNY approval. 6. Town Board to approve a Change in Use for 3555 North Buffalo Street.
