Town Board to approve final Change Order and release Retention for L&O Plumbing & Heating for the Multi-Use Maintenance Fuel Facility Project. 2. Town Board to approve the close/out / final payment for the Multi-Use Maintenance Salt & Topsoil Super Structure Project Contract with Hybrid Building Solutions. 3. Town board to approve Change Order #1 to our contract with Stenzel Electrical Construction Inc. for the Berg Road Pump station Replacement Project – Electric Contract. Town Board to approve the 2026 Ad Valorem and Tentative Benefit Basis Town Budget. 3. Town Board to appoint incoming Town Supervisor Joseph Liberti as the Town EBO Officer. 4. Town Board to authorize a call for an Administrative Clerk from the Civil Service list.  5. Town Board to appoint Interim Town Court Justice Chuck Messina. 6. Town Board to appoint John Wittman as part time NYS Code Enforcement Officer. 7. Town Board to approve the Memorandum of Agreement for Membership Continuation with the Western New York Stormwater Coalition. 8. Town Board to authorize the Supervisor to sign the Extension of Dispatch Agreement. 9. Town Board to approve a Commercial Parking Permit. 10. Town Board to approve a 2025 Stable Permit. 11. Town Board to accept a donation from the Community Activity Council of Orchard Park to fund the TKO Airraid Rower for the Activity Center Fitness Room. 12. Town Board to schedule a Public Hearing regarding rezoning a portion of SBL# 152.19-1-25.13 from DR2 to I-1 for December 17, 2025.
