Town Board to schedule a Public Hearing in the matter of a proposed zoning map amendment to create a new Stadium Mixed Use Zone for December 17, 2025 at 7pm in the Orchard Park Municipal Building. Town Board to schedule a Public Hearing in the matter of proposed amendments to the zoning ordinance related to the proposed Stadium Mixed Use Zone for December 17, 2025 at 7pm in the Orchard Park Municipal Building. Town Board to refer to the Planning Board for a recommendation on the proposed amendments to the zoning map and zoning ordinance to create a new Stadium Mixed use Zone. Note: Other items may be added, as necessary.
