Business (Items are for discussion and / or potential action). 1) New Business a) Michelle reporting on the Native American Installation scheduled the same day as the Art Fair. b) Confirmation of the Art Fair Permit. c) Discussion of the layout and location of the booths. d) Confirmation of the Artists. 2) Unfinished Business a) Update on pedestals information. b) Jason reporting on signage. c) Update on the silent auction, artist’s letter, and donations. d) Discuss how many volunteers will be needed. 1. Check in booth AM/PM, x2 2. Barricades x3 e) Update on wrapping utility boxes. 1. 3 being wrapped this year. f) Update on booth stakes for the numbers. g) Discuss booth assignments. 1. 6/9 4-6pm mark Booths 2. 6/9 630-830 set up tents 3. 6/10 7 AM set up begins 4. 6/10 9 AM Fair Opens 5. 6/10 4PM Fair is over 6.
