Randy reporting on discussion with Rob Igl regarding pricing and locations for the interactive sculptures. 1. Tabled iii. Review the Art Fair application (i.e., no refunds except…, new artists/student area) 1. Tabled iv. Promotions. – 1. radio stations public news, PSA should be free. 2. Billboards cost $1000 for 4weeks 3. Talk to Chambers about permission to use signs or banners. 4. Use videos that Frank did for commercials 5. Use new village website 6. Isthmus for community ads 7. State Journal 8. Facebook ads and Instagram 9. Yard signs and we can use them again the next year. v. Kiser Park bathroom mural painting Approved 09-20-2023  1. Understanding why Jeff wants everything professional. I came up with a drawing. I will attach it. Have the kids help with it at the OYC. But if they answer is still no. We can put them on plywood or metal and have them movable so that it can be seen in more places and have even cut out so people can take pictures with them. Do different themes with them as well. vi. Unfinished Business 1. Oregon Community Resource update regarding availability of the $5,000 funds. a. Tabled 2. Discuss the meeting with Lisa about finalizing the 2023 Art Fair finances. a. Tabled 3. Oregon Historical Society update regarding the quilt sales and silent auction. a. Tabled 4. Update regarding installation of the four new utility boxes chosen at the July meeting. a. Tabled 6. Future agenda items a. The turbines. Where will they be locations. b. When the new sculptures come in are they going to be in the same place as the old ones. 7. Next meeting a.
