Present: Randy, Michelle, Jason, and Marilea 3) Approval of minutes. a) August 23, 2023 - Approved 4) Public Appearances and Communication (Items are for Discussion and Possible Action). 5) Business (Items are for discussion and / or potential action). a) New Business Discussed tent rental/ see if chamber would like to get involved. Expanding more area for Art Fair Randy will follow up with interactive Art artist. KIASER Park Mural Baseball theme / Desere’s design Estimated cost for wrap on movable board given by Randy of $2000.oo Pure Integrity homeowner Dan Bertleson is willing to contribute for cement wall in front of his business. Marilea suggested getting more artists involved with designs. Possibly coming up with themes for artists to work with for future Art. Including t shirt designs. Page 1 of 2 Approved 11-15-2023  Future Sponsors have been secured from OCB, Firefly, Hartland, Culver’s and Thysse printing by Randy. T-shirts will again be printed by Tingals Graphics. Randy continues contacts with several venders for donations. Spoke about Community Foundation Grant. b) Unfinished Business Utility box Art. Four new to be installed. Tin Man going up at Culver’s with presentation at further date. Recycled Wind turbines being placed. Public village meeting October 24, 2023 A comprehensive Art plan to be discussed. Next meeting will be emailed to everyone for agreed date. 6) Future agenda items and/or member assignments. 7) Next meeting date & time. 8) Adjournment.
