Oroville Planning Commission Wednesday, Sept 2, 2015 The meeting was called to order at 4:35 by Chairman Luis Perez. Present: Commissioners: Luis Perez, Arnie Marchand, Judy Dunston, Marc Egerton, Alternate: Valorie Johnston; Absent: Suzi Seger Staff present: Chris Branch and Deanna Rowton. Approval of the minutes from the Aug 5th meeting. Motion by Arnie Marchand, second by Judy Dunston, motion carried. The entire meeting was devoted to the Comprehensive Plan. Chris explained the separate sections of the Comp Plan: Vision, Mission, Goals & Objectives. The group went through the first section of the Plan. He pointed out various statistics and reported that most of the statistics came from a site www.city-data.com. Chris also explaned the various Land Use Designations. As there being no further business, the meeting was adjourned at 6:00pm. 1
