Budget Committee Meeting
Thursday August 28, 2025

6:00 p.m.
The meeting was called to order at 6:02 pm by Chairperson Wallace: Roll call: Wallace, Ball-
present. Tucker arrived at 6:05 Also present: Tim Gorsegner, the Rec Director, Library Director,
Judge, P. Blount, P. LePak, M. Gartzke
Business
1. Discussion/possible action on 2026 budget requests for Village Departments. Specifically;
Recreation, Library, Court, and Public Safety budgets
The committee went through each budget line for line with the department heads explaining
and answering questions about their budgets.
A lot of discussion regarding each budget took place
Tom Ball left at 7:30 pm.
There were no decisions made.
Wallace/Tucker motion to adjourn at 9:14 pm. All ayes-motion carried.

about a subject over which they have decision-making responsibilities. The only action to be taken
at the above noticed meeting will be action by the Budget Committee.
