Wednesday Oct. 18, 2023
Village Hall – 6:00 p.m.
100 W. Taft St.
Called to order at 6 pm by Chair Gorsegner. Roll call: Ball, Gorsegner, Holcomb,
Scheffner, Sheppard.-present. Also present: Emily Bugiel
Approval of Minutes: Ball/Scheffner motion to approve the minutes from August 22,
2023 as presented. All ayes-motion carried.
New Business:
1. Scheffner/Sheppard motion to approve the Plan of Operations for Emily Bugiel to
open a dog grooming business at 117 W. Main St., dba PawMyra Pet Grooming.
All ayes-motion carried.
Scheffner/Holcomb motion to adjourn at 6:08 pm. All ayes-motion carried.
