PLAN COMMISSION
Wednesday Nov. 15, 2023
Village Hall – 6:00 p.m.
100 W. Taft St.
The meeting was called to order at 6:00 pm by Chairperson Gorsegner. Roll call: Gorsegner,
Holcomb, Sheppard, Ball-present. Scheffner-excused.
Approval of Minutes: Holcomb/Sheppard motion to approve the minutes from Oct. 18,
2023 as presented. All ayes-motion carried.
New Business:
1. Ball/Sheppard motion to approve the Plan of Operations for Emily Sturgeon to
open an acupuncture business at 125 W. Main St., dba Sturgeon Acupuncture. She
has submitted a copy of her Wisconsin license. No discussion. All ayes-motion
carried.
Holcomb/Sheppard motion to adjourn at 6:03 pm. All ayes-motion carried.

only action to be taken at the above-mentioned meeting will be action by the Plan
